    <content type="html">Leanne is empathic, as are all people of her tribe. She can feel what the people around her feel, very strongly and easily, and it isn't voluntary on her part. She &lt;em&gt;can&lt;/em&gt;, however, take it a step further and read the flow of another person's thoughts. Not their exact thoughts, but the general idea. For example, if someone were to think, exactly, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"I'm really pissed with this bitch because she owes me money for that one time I bought her dinner."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leanne would get from that,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"this person does not like this other person because they feel cheated."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While this part of her power has to be done intentionally, she uh. Does not always ask first. It's one of her ruder habits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That said, I don't want to info-mod anyone or step on anyone's toes! So if you'd rather that for some reason, the powers that be in the Country prevent her from getting emotions, thoughts, or both from your character, please let me know here!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Along the same vein, if your character is one of the "emotions don't fit the poker face" types and you &lt;em&gt;don't&lt;/em&gt; mind Leanne honing in on this, please let me know that here, too. o/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=birdenedwithfeelings&amp;ditemid=469" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/&gt; comments</content>
